AVG had found the following in my system...and I cannot find a way to
rid of them. Is this an important file? Or can it be deleted from the
system without harm? And if it can be deleted, how do I do that? (I am
not asking for much...lol) I have researched so much that I think I
have confused myself more. PLEASE HELP!!!!

C:\Documents and Settings\Joshua\Local
Settings\Temp\bi.cab\bi.dll..PSW.Bispy.A

\biG.cab\bi.dllPSW.Bispy.A
\biG.cab\biprep.exe..PSW.Bispy.B

It says that these objects are located inside the Archive and cannot be
healed. Any input would be appreciated on this...I am going

Delete all files in temp/tmp folders. Disable system restore. Download
AVG and Avast to a folder on C:. Boot to Safe Mode. Run each and let
them delete nasties. Boot normally. Run each again, update first the the
latest .defs. Do a full scan.

Why can't you just delete or at least move the cab file out of where it is
right now? Put it in My Documents. The AV Software will still find it
there but the pointer to it most likely put in the registry by the trojan's
installer will not find it. That cab file is the least of your worries but
I guess if the AV Software did its job the files it placed in your system
folders C:\Windows\system32 or C:\Windows are gone. Trouble is why couldn't
the AV Software just remove the cab???
