PSW.Bispy.A & .C

Greetings,
I am running XP Pro OS my anti virus software is AVG 7.0. I update it
daily.
I run the anti virus test and I have files infected.
Here are my results:
Object
C:\Documents and Settings\test\Local Settings\Temp\biu.cab:\bi.dll
Result
Trojan Horse PSW.Bispy.A
Status
Infected, Embedded object
I have the A & C in that area also the same 2 in
C:\WINDOWS\system32\biU.exe:\bi.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\biU.exe:\preInsBI.exe
I went to AVG's site and downloaded the fix: vcleaner.exe
I restarted in safemode and ran the program.
Nothing has changed.
Is this going to corrupt my files in any way. I am sure it is causing
havok with my email address book. By the 50 or so emails infected my
ISP is catching.
Any help would be appreciated.
I am posting from google.
I am using charter.net news and a german news server and neither has
this group in there list.
TIA,
Ken
