RUNDLL Error Loading

Had trojan horse virus Downloader.Dyfica.AJ. Then got
Trojan horse PSW.Bispy.A and PSW.Bispy.B. Ran anti virus
and they are healing in the virus vault or listed as
healed "ok". Also got Startup.CR virus and healed "ok".

Now on startup of the computer I get an error message.
The message is, RUNDLL Error Loading
C:\WINDOWS/Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll module
cannot be found. What do I do now?
