I seem to have been affected by a Trojan Horse Startpage.11.B which is found
in C:\Window\System32\dktime.exe I ran all my anti-virus programs and it
says it can't delete it. The same with Adaware and Spy-Bot. How do i remove
this from my computer safely?

Thanks.

Troj/Dloader-CC is a downloader Trojan which tries to download and install
new executables and disable/remove existing software (typically undesirable
software such as adware).

Troj/Dloader-CC tries to download the files dk32.exe, dk.exe, dktime.exe
from a remote server via port 80 (HTTP) to the Windows system folder and the
files toolbar.exe, test and mstasks1.exe to the Windows folder.

dktime.exe installed by Troj/Dloader-CC

While you've picked the top two adware/spyware removers, they don't get
them all. I Googled for Startpage.11.B and came up with nothing. Where are
you getting this information?
You can always delete the wktime.exe file, but it'll probably come back.
If it won't delete, the do a ctrl-alt-delete and see if it's a running
process. If it is, then end task on it and then delete it. If that helps,
then you still aren't totally rid of it. There;s several other spyware
removers... Pest Patrol is a good one. Try one of those.

Thanks for these. I've downloaded the software and it says I have a
"drummerboy" trojan. Aside from your advice is there any way where I can
downlaod something that will get rid of this trojan automatically? It's not
even coming up with my CW Shredder which is an amazing product in itself...
