Tried to install software "Mobile Phone Tools" for a Motorola V400

HELP!!! I have a NEW Toshiba Laptop with XP, home edition, service pack 1 &
tried several times to install the software "Mobile Phone Tools" for our
Motorola V400 cell phones & keep getting these error messages everytime:
Unhandled Exception" Error Number: 0x80040707 Description: DLL function call
crashed. PbkInstall._Get Book Names "Setup will now Terminate". Close this
box & then next box says "Internal Failure" Error Number 0x80040707. HELP!!!

You need to contact Motorola and make sure the V400 software is
compatible with XP. Sounds like it isn't. In any event, this is a
problem they should be able to help you out with. Sorry, no E-Mail
support. If you post a question here, you should make it a point to
come back for a possible answer.
