Missing something! dll file maybe.

Hi guys. I have exhausted myself trying to get this fixed, even through the
local people who sold me this thing and the BVRP company. I have dial up at
present and am trying to load the Classic Phone Tools software V5.01.exe by
BVRP that came with my Intel537 V92 modem.

The problem? During install or at the 100% install window, I get an error
message at the end of the install that reads: (Unhandled Exception) Error
0x80040707
Dll function Call Crashedbk Install._Get BookNames

I have tryed downloads, fixes, etc. I have a feeling that the software will
not load because of a missing dll file in Windows. I have XP Home and
downloaded SP2 recently. I don't think that is causing the problem but who
knows. All I want to do is get the software loaded and get NetWaiting going
so I can use the Internet and not miss anymore phone calls. Thanks ahead for
any suggestions.

Oh, by the way, I forgot to tell you that I tryed wireless and the company
tells me there is no signal to get where I am at, can't afford it anyway.

Not knowledgeable about the software you're trying to install but have you
tried turning of Windows Firewall in the Control Panel while you try the
install?
PS Don't forget to turn it back on!

Good suggestion! and I tried that but, it didn't work. Same error message.
Even tried restore prior to the event but I couldn't retore back far enough.
