install problems with mobile Phonetools from Motorola

Hi,

Maybe somebody can help me on this one. Motorola and BVRP won't...
I have the mobile phone tools and had it previously installed on my PC
(pre-SP2) running Windows XP Pro. Now that I have SP2 on my machine I can
not install it anymore and get the following message:

Unhandled Exception
Error Number: 0x80040707
Description: DLL function call crashedbkInstall._GetBookNames
Setup will now terminate

Any thoughts - Please??? (BTW- it works fine on Windows XP Home-tried on my
hubbies laptop)

I am currently having the same problem and am ready to pull my hair out. I
am curious to here that it may have to do with SP2. I was thinking it may
have had something to do with outlook express since I read an old post on
motorolas website that claimed phone tools was incompatible with outlook
express 2003. I was wondering if there is different software that can be
used to sync motorola phones if phone tools is no longer going to work.
Sorry not much help, just more questions. I will let you know if I learn
anything new.
