Motorola phone tools

There seems to be a problem woth Motorola Phone tools and Office 2007. After
installing MSO2007 Their software would not recognise my phone connected via
USB. It isn't the USB port as I have tried with other devices and it isn't
the cable; also tried that with other devices.
Outlook told me on start up about an add-in of Motorola that wasn't in the
add-ins; I have now resolved that with help from a previous thread but am
still left with no connection through my PC. Little disappointed as my txting
is not up to much through the phone keypad and have raised the issue with
Motorola but am not hopeful. Just thought that people should know.
