Missing DLL's

when I want to play a video clip or movie I down loaded sometime I get this
Can't find DLL"cpuinF32.dll and DLL "mplvpx.dll.I have to click on that and
then I can't watch it. Looking for help on finding out how to find and
install these two DLL. Thanks.
