Transparency

For WIN XP PRO. What is causing my icon transparency not
to work? I don't have active desktop enabled and I do
not have lock web content checked. Is there a registry
setting that I can set to 1?

Right click on My Computer and select properties. Flip to
the advanced tab
and click on settings under performance and scroll down
the list and put a
check beside "use drop shadows for icon...". OK your way
out.

Additionally,
you might also want to un-check "Lock web items.." under
desktop>right click>Arrange icons by..

Hi,

effects and put a check next to "Use drop shadows for icon labels on
desktop". OK your way out.
