Translating a web page

Hello, i need help. I bought a dell and after i installed Nortons 2005, and
service pak2 i can't translate my web pages into english. I've tried adding
more languages, and even calling dell but thats just not worht the trouble to
speak to those people. I could really use the help.

Translation isn't something natively built into your OS nor your AV
software. Try this:

http://www.google.com/language_tools

There's a plethora of tools available which you can install as BHOs to add
translation ability.
