TransferText

Using command for TransferText in my macro.

One of the parameters at the bottom is for a "Specification Name."

In typical Microsoft fashion, there exists no clear plain english
explanation of what this is.

I am assuming it will contain the data definitions for the text importing.
I don't find how to 'create' this.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Start to do the import or export manually. When the Import Wizard or Export
Wizard window opens,
you'lll see a button named "Advanced" at lower left. Click that button and
set the parameters on the next window, then Save the parameters under a spec
name. Cancel the export process. Use that spec name in TransferText action,
or you can select the spec during a manual operation by following the
Advanced step again and selecting the spec in that window.
