transferring rules

One thing I thought I had done was transfer my old rules from my old
computer to my new one. (I'm on Outlook 2000 v.9.0.0.6627.) But now I can't
seem to find those rules. I thought it was an .rwz file but that may be
only the rules wizard. Where are my old rules stored in Win 98 (my old
computer) and where should the be stored in my new one (XP)? Thanks.
