Transferring files

Good Morning.
I use my home PC for sending and receiving e-mail and
working with Outlook files; when I am on the road I use
my laptop (Dell Inspiron 600m w/wireles capability)

What is the easiest way to transfer/share Outlook files
between my PC and laptop?
I am running Win XP Pro on my laptop and Win Xp Home on
my PC
Please run me through this.
I do have a home network to facilitate the exchange.

read help files on import/export, synchronize and also,
you can put the same email account on both
systems. "leave message on server until deleted from
deleted items folder" option when you edit email
accounts "tool-> email accounts -> change/view"
