Transferring Contacts

My machine is shared by 2 people both using Yahoo for our eMails. I use
Windows Mail and the other user prefers to access Yahoo Mail from the Yahoo
website. We want to use a common contacts file - as mine is in WM. The list
on the Yahoo page is shorter and so far has been added to manually. Can I
transfer the list so that the other user has access to the identical list and
can click on 'to' in a similar way?
