Hard drive #1 is my new hard drive running Outlook.
Hard drive #2 is now a slave it was running Outlook
Express.
Is there a way for me to transfer all of my old e-mails to
my new hard drive.

I forgot to mention that when I open OE by going to
F:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe
It opens what looks like a fresh copy of OFE with none of
my messages or folders.
Where are my messages actually stored? What is the
extention of the folder that holds them?
Thanks in advance for you help.
Todd
I tried
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=270670
but it doesn't do me any good because of the above problem.

Look here for information about moving store folder:

To find the location of your old messages search drive 2! Using Windows XP you need to enable show hidden files. Start, Control Panel, Folder Options, View, Advanced Settings. Next enter Windows Explorer and use Tools, Find, Files and Folders search your D drive with "*.dbx" without quotes as the search criteria, Note the date / time stamp on the files to identify what you are looking for. Close Windows Explorer. Re-enter Outlook Express and use File, Import to put the messages where you wish.
