Transfering info from home computer to my laptop and work computer

Hello friends. How do I transfer my contact and calender information from my
home computer to my laptop and work computer. There has to be a way to sync
all three at the same time without having to input the same contact and
calendar information seperately each time I want to make an entry. Can anyone
share how this is done? Thank you
