TRANSFER WIZARD

HELP, IM TRYING TO USE THE FILES AND SETTINGS TRANSFER
WIZARD BUT HALF COLLECTING THE INFO AN ERROR MESSAGE
APPEARS?

What does the message say?

I guess it could just say "error". In that case you could
go to control panel > Administrative tools > Event veiwer

look in either application events or service events to

find the error event that coincides with the transfer
wizard error...check that the time the error occured is
also right. If you find the error double click it and a
box opens. click the blue link and choose yes to send the
error to microsoft then a page opens that might give you
more info about the error and / or links to more
information. If that doesn't work. Post the error
information here.
