Transfer personal folders out of Mailbox

Hi,

I have a limit on the size of my Outlook mailbox and wish
to keep some of my folders in an area where I can still
retrieve them easily but is located outside of the
mailbox. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Look in help for Autoarchiv

Once the archive is created you can open it using file, open, .pst

Create a new PST (Personal Folders file) with File>New>Personal Folders File
(or Outlook Data File) and move your messages to it.
