Transfer Outlook Emails to New Computer and new Outlook (Office 20

I need to copy/transfer all the data files and many of the programs from my
current laptop to a new laptop. No worries regarding Word, Excel, etc files,
but how can I transfer all my Outlook folders and emails so they will be
readily accessible in Outlook on my new machine? I need to be able to use
those emails - how do I ensure that?

Thanks. Been on the road; my apologies for not responding sooner.

I think I understand what's at the site below, but my concern is that when I
restore the file on my new machine, which already has Outlook on it, I don't
want the new file to replace my current Outlook inbox, etc. I simply want to
be able to access the old inbox, etc as needed. So before I follow the
directions at the site below, how can I be sure I"m not going to
inadvertently lose access to or replace my current Outllook folders or
otherwise create issues for the function of my new Outlook (which I've been
using for several weeks now)?
