how do i move outlook 2000 folders, contacts, etc to 2007 outlook

We have an old PC with Outlook 2000. I have saved many emails to my personal
folders. We just got a new laptop and will be getting Outlook 2007. I need
to transfer all my personal folders and my contacts and my calendar entries
to the new Outlook and don't know how to do it properly.
