transfer outlook data to other profile

I have two profiles for Outlook---one for personal, and one for business. I
want to duplicate the contacts and calender in the business profile which is
empty. How can I do this?

File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... browse to your pst-file of the other
account. You can copy over the items if desired or just leave it like that
and select the other folder instead of the main.

With Outlook open, goto File/Open/Outlook Data File and browse to the file
that is from the other profile and open it. The you can copy or move
between the data files.

Nope, it either is already in a pst-file or in an Exchange mailbox.
