Transfer Outlook 2007 to new computer

I just got a new laptop, and am not using the old one. I have uninstalled
Outlook 2007 from the old machine. What do I have to do to install it on the
new one without complaints from Microsoft?

Assuming a retail version; Having first uninstalled any Office 2007 trial
together with the activation assistant, then rebooted.
Install from cd/dvd
