Importing emails from different computer

I just got a new laptop from work and installed outlook 2007 on it. I have
been running outlook 2003 on my pc. My question is how do i transfer my
emails from office 2003 on the pc to office 2007 on my laptop

With outlook closed you copy the data files *.pst to media, from media to
Documents folder on new PC
Ensure read only attribute is off, if you used a cd.
Then within new Outlook File>Open
