Outlook and html emails

I have Outlook small business exchange server 2003 pro for my email. I have
windows 2000 with outlook 2003 on it and a laptop with vista ultimate and
outlook 2007 with business contact manager on it. when i loaded the outlook
2007 to the laptop i quit receiving my emails in html. does anyone know how
to fix this? thx
