Transfer Settings from Outlook 2003 to 2007 ?!?!?!?

Clueless

Okay, I've now HAD IT with Micro$soft. I had to get a new desktop as my old
one is dying and I've now spend MORE THAN 24 HOURS (yes, I'm YELLING) trying
just to get my old computer's settings transfered to the new one.

First of All, DON'T TELL ME TO USE the "Microsoft Easy Transfer" program -
it DOES NOT WORK!!! I've TRIED MANY TIMES (even left it on all night) and it
just locks up.

Second, DON'T TELL ME TO JUST COPY my .pst file from one machine to the next
- I've done that and it only copied my e-mails and calendar (thank God for
that) but did NOT transfer my e-mail accounts or other settings.

This should NOT be a difficult task - I haven't even installed ANY other
software my new machine other than Office 2007. When I called M$ Tech
Support, I only got connected (and disconnected) to talking heads in India
who could barely speak English - then, they sent me on endless wild goose
chases to OTHER M$ phone numbers, also in India.

This is DISGUSTING! Are there ANY sites that explain, in English, how to
transfer settings from Outlook 2003 to 2007?

The transfer settings wizard frequently causes problems.
The pst does not contain accounts, never has done.
Its best to set up accounts & other settings manually
(The autocomplete file can be transfered)
