First, make sure a copy of the .wab file is on the hard drive of your new
computer,
and is read-write instead of readonly. Then start Windows Mail, click
Tools, then
Windows Contacts, then Import, then Windows Address Book File (Outlook
Express contacts), then Import, then find the .wab file and click on it,
then Close,
then close the contacts window.
If you open the contacts window but the Import button doesn't appear on the
toolbar, right click in the empty space under the right end of the toolbar
in the
contacts window, then click on Customize This Folder, then the triangle to
the
right of the folder type, then Contacts, then Apply, then OK.
