Transfer of license

Is it possible to transfer a license for one PC to another PC within the same
organization if the license is obtained through Open License?

What you can and cannot do is spelled out in your license agreement.
To access it, go to Start > Run and type: WINVER , and hit enter.
Then click on "End-User License Agreement".

Yes you can indeed. Once on the other PC, it was always there, and there
never was a PC before that. Denial holds power.

I also though it can at the beginning, but I found a FAQ from Microsoft at
the following link mentioned the license acquired by Open License for one
machine can never be transferred to another machine even the software had
been removed from the original machine, is it the case?
