Transfer of Address Book from old computer

How does one copy and transfer their address book from Outlook Express
(Windows XP) to a new computer's Windows Mail??????
 
Copy the .wab file from the XP computer to a temporary folder on the Vista
computer.
Open Windows Mail
File - Import - Windows contacts
 
1. Export your Windows Address Book as a CSV file.

2. Import the CSV file into your Vista Contacts.
