Transferring files from XP to Vista

Two queries:

1. I've managed to transfer everything from my old XP pc to my new Vista
pc - except my Outlook Express files. (Address Book has transferred to
Contacts file OK). Any suggestions?

2. In Windows Mail, when I click "reply" to respond to an email, it takes at
least 8 seconds to bring up the winodw. Very frustrating. Anyone else had
this problem?
