transfer OE from one XP machine to another?

I have the Outlook.pst file from Outlook Express 6 on one XP home edition
machine and want to transfer all the data to another XP HE machine. How?

Umm no you haven't. Outlook, part of Office suite uses a single pst file -
Outlook EXPRESS uses many dbx files.
