Transfer Mail from Express to Outlook

I upgraded to XP from Win 98 and am not using Outlook
Expresss anymore. How do I tranafer my Express mail
messages [.dbx] to Microsoft Outlook 2000 can read and
use them with Microsoft Outlook. The "Import" feature of
Microsoft Outlook doesn't work [doesn't recognize .dbx
files].

Export from OE to Outlook - works a lot better anyway.

In Outlook Express, click File>Export>Messages
