Transfer files-no network/disks to use

This may or may not sound like a weird question, but is there any way to
transfer a file without the use of a network or disk? My mother was stupid
enough to order my laptop without any kind of a CD burner, floppy disk
drive, etc even though the option was available, and neither of my other two
computers have a network card. They can access the Internet with dialup, but
the file I want to transfer is 700MB. Also, my flash drive disappeared.
Basically what I'm working with is a DSL modem that only my laptop can
connect to, a laptop with only a DVD-ROM drive for reading disks that can't
burn anything (which, as I said, has the 700MB file I want to transfer, and
which has a dialup modem), two other computers that can only access the
Internet with dialup, and a VERY limited budget that can't really hold any
gadgets. I would like to be able to transfer my file to the computer I have
that can burn CDs. Any help would be strongly appreciated.

There are lots of possible answers, but you've ruled out most of them.
E-mailing it to yourself is hard with a dialup connection and a file that
big, and if you're unwilling to spend any money, there aren't many choices
left. The only thing I can suggest is perhaps finding a friend with a 1GB
thumb drive or external CD burner, and see if you could borrow it.
