transfer BCM SQL data without backup

my old notebook crashed but I sill have the HD (as external). Installed
Outlook 2007 with BCM on the new notebook. Unfo I never made a backup of the
BCM data. How can I transfer the old SQL data into the actual BCM ?

hi, depending whether this was installed on XP OR VISTA, but in either case
there will be a shadow/backip in the directory. i .e for VISTA, you would
have to enable the "show all hidden files" in the folder option icon in the
view tab, in control panel.

then under OS drive, in the iser directory there an faded folder "appdata"
the under there -- will be 3 more folders, most likely it would be under
first folw "local" -- the look for "microsoft folder" and then BCM, or SLQ
SERVER data... for XP WOULD BE FAIRLY SIMILAR,
