Transfer Addresses & Emails from Windows 98 to 2000

Just had my brother rebuild my computer and he's a
distance away and Roadrunner won't help me with Microsoft
Outlook and will only help me with Outlook Express. So I
have 2 partitions one with Windows 98 and one with Windows
2000 and am trying to get all stuff from Microsoft Outlook
on Windows 98 to Windows 2000 Microsoft Outlook. Does
anyone know how to help me? Thanks,

Copy your Outlook data file (PST file) from Win 98 to Windows 2000.
Configure Outlook on Win 2000 to use it.
If you don't know how to do that, post your Outlook version.
