Transfer activation from laptop to new desktop

Hello. I have purchased MS Office 7 Enterprise, installed on my desktop and
activated. Then I installed the same on my laptop. I activated that also. Now
I am considering getting rid of that laptop (after wiping it clean of course)
and getting a new one. Will I have a problem activating Office on the new
computer since it will be my 3rd activation? Is there anyway to "deactivate"
the second instance on the laptop I am selling?

Thanks for your help and suggestions.

Probably not.
But if you do you can call Microsoft and clear that up.
