Tracking status of emails

Hi, me yet again.

We are moving from Groupwise to Outlook and in Groupwise, you could right
click on your sent items and it would tell you who had opened, deleted,
replied etc to emails (internally only). External emails would say
transferred.

Is there something similar to this in Outlook, other than setting reply
notifications?

Thanks in advance.

No, you must configure the tracking receipts or you would be invading the
other person's privacy. With the receipts you ask the other if you are
allowed to know whether or he/she has read your message (or at least marked
as read ;-). When you've marked the receipt as being read and deleted it
from your mailbox the send item will have an additional tab where the
receipt information is stored.
