Sent items

I would like to know how to see when an email that I have sent has been
opened, deleted, replied to, etc. In GroupWise this is something that is
very useful. Is it possible to do this in Outlook 2003?

You can request a Read Receipt, but that doesn't really tell you anything
but that the user read the message *and* sent the read receipt when asked.
