Could be. I am not aware that CCONNECT does that
directly. It is usually deployed to restrict users to
logging on to one workstation at a time.

There is a script out there that will do this. Please
note that you would need to run this script against each
and every DC. Not sure where that script is located.
Check out Matjaz' website at http://ladava.com as I think
that he wrote a nice little utility that will do this.
