How to track user login/logout through AD

How can I track domain users logins and logouts with AD? I tried setting up
the local login policy, but it didn't do what I was looking for. I'm trying
to track a users login and logouts for time clock issues. Thanks!
 
How would I go about doing it? I know it is possible, but I'm looking for
help in actually doing it..
