Track my reply emails

I am taking care of an email unit with 12 team members. I would like to know
if i can monitor "how much time i take to reply to the emails i receive". I
want to know if i can measure the time taken for every email and thereby
derive at my turn around time to the customer. With this report i also want
to know if there are emails for which i have not replied.
 
There's a timer for Journal entries you might try. Drag the email you want
to reply to onto the Journal entry and open and reply to it from there,
starting the timer when you want to.
You might find other Journal features that suit your needs such as
automatically recording settings found in Journal Options.

If you use Outlook 2007 you might use Follow-up Flags to flag items that you
intend to reply to. Mark them as complete when done (you'll see by the
change in the message icon whether you have forgotten to mark one as done
when you have replied to it). That will allow you to see unreplied emails in
the To-Do list and to filter views to show unreplied email.
