TRACK CHANGES?

Is there any option in outlook to track changes made in my email when replied
back either directly or via another person to whom the same was forwarded.

If the receiver is also using Outlook, then ask him/her to enable "mark my
comments with" in Tools-> Options-> E-mail Options...

Also, when the message format is HTML; then the person that would be
replying could set a different color. By default, Outlook already uses a
different color for replying.
