Track Changes Balloon Display Problem

My Tracked Changes balloons no longer display the reviewer name and the date
of the change. Only the addition/deletion itself is displayed. How do I
change my settings to get the reviewer and date to be displayed again?

Please disregard. I found the answer through another answer posted by
Suzanne S. Barnhill. The answer was that my "ScreenTips" box in Tools -
Option - View was unchecked. Re-checking the box solved the problem. Thanks
