Tracing a delegate?

We have a guy who gets an Adminstrator message each time he selects "accept"
for meeting appointments from other users on Outlook. The message advises
that "Michael S. XYZ" could not be reached. Now Michael was deleted from
Exchange but if someone had him as a delegate would this happen even though
he is deleted?
 
Potentially yes. Sounds like the hidden delegate rule still might be active. You can delete the delegate rule with the free MAPI Editor tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=55FDFFD7-1878-4637-9808-1E21ABB3AE37. Complete instructions in the mfcmapi.doc included with the download.
