TOUCHPAD PROBLEMS!!!

before i used to be able to to tap the touchpad itself in order to click
without having to use those cumbersome buttons. But, some how, god know how,
i have messed this up and this no longer works and I can't seem to figure
out how to turn it back on. Could somebody please help me ASAP!!!its really
annoying hvaing to use those stupid buttons!!!

I don't know where the touchpad settings are for your laptop. They could be
incorporated with Control Panel> Mouse, have their own Control panel
applet, or are supplied by a separate little program available in the start
menu. Once you find it:

Look for a "double tap" setting or similar wording. Allows user to "tap"
the touchpad to select or activate a selection. Also, some touchpads have
"zones" - areas along the edges of the touchpad that can be designated for
different actions.
