top of window

I just installed ie7. The top of my window looks like the old one. no rss or
other new stuff, just the old ones. I click on favorites and get no results
when i click on one of them. I do not know if i need ie7. is this just for
the general ie users or pros?
 
It would be best to ask this in an IE newsgroup. This one is for Microsoft
Access, a relational database program.
