top 10 list

I added all the top 10 lists on to a page and uploaded it. However days
after when I click on it the results are "there is no usage data for this
web" . Why does it not Work?

I know FP extensions are working and my ISP has stats I can access, but I
wanted this page to show certain visitors.

Do I need to do something further?

Do they have the FP2002 SE and have they turned on Useage analysis in the FP 2002 SE

Note on Unix servers it will require them to set up a cron (most host won't do it)
