Tools that can Stop and Start remote services

I have AD Domain 2000 and I have many windows 2000 prof machine connected to
my Domain
do you have a tools that can Stop and start services on any machine on my
Network?

Hi,

You can use the "services.msc" snap in to open any computer on your network
and do start and stop the services.

How to do that
=============

Click on start -> Run-> type "services.msc" and hit enter.
In services console, click on Action menu and hit "connect to another
computer" .
Give any computer name on network and do start/stop the service.
