Starting the netlogon service

I cannot logon to my server 2000 /sp 4. I receive the message that the
Netlogon service is not running. How can I start this with out logging on to
the machine first?
Is there a way to use the Restore console?

This is a domain server at a remote site.



Any Ideas?
