the wireless card which isn't there anymore, but I can'tIn my System Error Log I've got hundreds of these msgs
"No Windows NT or Windows 2000 Domain Controller
is available for domain PEPIN.
The following error occurred:
There are currently no logon servers available
to service the logon request."
I guess my system is trying to find a previous lan via
find anything relevant in 'Network &
Dial-up Connections' -- they are all disabled except one.
I've also killed the driver for the wireless card.
BTW I got the msg list via Comp. Mgmt > System Tools
Event Viewer > System. This is the rest of the info:
Source: Netlogon
Type: Error
Event: 5719
User: N/A
When it happened today: 1231, 1431, 1646
Under s/w envir. > Network Conns:
"No n/w conns info"
There is a winlogon.exe task running.
From windows Help:

only for Windows 2000 Server computers. It is not provided for Windows 2000
